Dr. woke up on his own pretty early in the morning...it's really early..earlier than usual...
didn't have blood sugar result...
7:30 breakfast....read newspaper...
8:00 back to bed....
12:00 Debby came...dressed...lunch: fish..cheese sandwich...salad W salsa...2 oranges...grapes..
13:00 nap...
14:00 woke up...wateched TV...
dinner at Debby's house...
returned with Debby @ 20:35...
night sleep...
didn't eat anything during the night...up several times...
