8:00 foot spa..
8:30 breakfast...blood sugar:15.1....read 2 newspaper...watched TV...
10:00 back to bed...
30mins later got up...got all dressed up.....tired later went back to bed again...
11:40 Dianne came....lunch out with Debby and Dianne...
12:45 came back...had a nap...
15:00 woke up...read book...ate melons...chocolate...a cup of yogourt..
16:00 ate grapes...read newspaper again...
17:00 dinner: egg salad W crackers...prawns....rice(didn't finish all)...vegetable(didn't touch at all)....4 slices of watermelon....pie....watche TV....
19:00 while watching TV...ate another slice of pie(so far this pie was bought this afternoon, has gone half)...and grapes(bought this afternoon too, half bag gone also)...
20:00 night sleep...
up many many times at night...nonstop until 5:30 in the morning...
ate grapes again...watched TV until 1:00am
