9:00 breakfast...blood sugar:2.8...read 2 newspaper..
9:40 back to bed...
12:00 Debby came ....lunch
Jack came after lunch...
13:10 Heather OT came ..took the bed rail..left the form of the Red Cross rental
15:30 Dr.Madden appointment Dianne took us there...and brought us back @ 17:30
18:00 dinner: egg salad w crackers...salad W salsa...egg white...noodle w seafood soup.. 3slice of melon...
after dinner ..played chess...
20:00 night sleep...
up several times as usual....ate a chocolate bar...
