9:00 breakfast...blood sugar:12.8...read 2 newspaper....
9:50 back to bed....
12:00 Debby came....lunch: 2 pancakes....salad W salsa...egg white...watermelon
13:00 nap...
Jack came in the afternoon....gave Dr. a shower...and had a walk with hime...
Dianne came later too...
15:00 dinner: Jack's cook: lamb W vegetable on the rice....asked him this time had to finish all the food in the dish....he did...ane watermelon...
20:00 night sleep...
up several times at night....didn't eat anything....
