8:30 breakfast...blood sugar:5.1...read 2 newspaper...
9:20 back to bed...
12:00 dressed ...lunch: cheese sandwich...fish cakes...salad W salsa...egg white...grapes...
12:30 nap...
Dianne came in the afternoon...
15:00 woke up...ate cheese sandwich....
18;30 Mark came ...pick him up for dinner...
20:30 came back home...went to bed...
up several times...didn't eat anything...
