12:30 got back home .Debby came...lunch: salad W salsa...egg white...grapes..read two newspaper
14:00 nap..
14:55 woke up...
later afternoon Jack came...gave Dr. a shower...
18:20 dinner: 2 dessert cakes...noodles W seafood hot pot: 15 pieces different kinds of fish cake..tofu..mushroom...egg..carrot...beans...shrimps...
20:00 night sleep...
didn't eat angthing at night...up several times at night...
