8:00 called first time..
8:30 called sec. time...
9:00 breakfast..blood sugar: 14.4....cleaned and changed dressing...read newspaper...
10:30 back to bed...
12:00 Debby and Dianne came.... lunch: salad...egg....sticky rice W chicken and mushroom...
13:30 nap....
15:50 woke up..watched TV...
17:00 hot chill prawns...mix tofu salad....rice with seafood soup: fish tofu, fish roll, tofu, broccoli, mushroom,shrimps,egg....sticky cake roll...orange.....cleaned and changed dressing...
20:oo night sleep...
up to washroom 4 times so far( 1:10) ....12:10 came to kitchen ate a mini sugar free ice cream bar
