9:10 back to bed....
12:00 lunch: cheese..egg white..kugel.. salad W salsa..grapes...
13:00 nap...
16:40 woke up...ate grapes...watched TV...
17:45 dinner: noodles w seafood soup:fish cake..fish meat dimsum..tofu..mushroom..egg..shrimps..carrots..beans..broccolis.. orange...
20:00 night sleep...
up several times as usual...didn't eat anything...
