Dr. woke up by himself early than usual this morning(before 8:00).....he took pills and insulin by himself..
8:30 got his blood sugar in bed:13:00...asked if wanna breakfast..said no...
11:30 came to kitchen ..dressed.. ate breakfast...then lunch:salad W salsa..egg white..2 pancakes..orange.....read 2 newspaper and watched TV at same time...
13:00 nap..
15:40 woke up...watched TV..ate an banana...
17:30 had nap again until 18:30
Dinner at Debby's house..:fish..vigges..kugel..fruits and cake...tea...
20:30 night sleep
up several times as usual at night...but didn't eat anything...
