12:00 lunch not dressed: salad W salsa..egg..cheese sandwich...3 slices of honeydew..Jack called..
watched TV...13:30 back to bedroom..got dressed and nap...
15:45 woke up in the afternoon...watched TV...ate chocolate...
17:30 dinner: 3 slices of honeydew...noodle W seafood soup: fish cake and roll..tofu..potato..carrot..egg..shrimps..mushroom...
later Debby came by...cleaned and changed dressing..
20:00 night sleep...
