8:30 called...8:40 breakfast...blood sugar:13.9...cleaned and changed dressing...
9:00 got dressed...taxi here at 9:25.
9:50 skin care center....removed the stitches..Dr said the wound is fine...healed up nicely..and for the next four days apply ointment twice a day..no sponges needed....all done at 10:00
10:30 back home...had a nap...
11:00 cleo came...
12:00 Debby came by...lunch: salad W salsa...2 egg whites...cheese sandwich...3 slices of melon...
13:45 nap..
15:00 woke up...ate a ice cream bar...
17:30 dinner: salad W salas...egg white..sticky rice w chicken...fish cakes..tofu..carrot..broccoli..beans...orange...
19:00 an banana..watched TV...
20:00 night sleep...
midnight: cheese ...and chocolate...up severals times...
have a haircut appointment at Weinberg on Wed. Jan.16.2008 at 12:45...
