15:20 left home for 4:00pm appointment --- the cardiology
16:00 Saw Dr. Mizgala..16:25 done...
17:40 returned home...
18:15 dinner: noodles W seafood soup(fish cakes & shrimps)...mushroom..tofu..carrots..broccoils..egg white.. corn chips W salsa...grapes...
20:00 night sleep...
up several times at night as usual...didn't eat anything..
