9:10 back to bed...
11:50 Debby and Dianne came... lunch:salad W salsa...2 egg white...didn't eat the cheese sandwich....3 slices of melon...a cup of tea...
13:10 nap
14:55 woke up...watched tv...ate roasted peanuts..
dinner at Debby's house
at night up several times...didn't eat anything...
