12.15 come all of sudden

Jack will come afternoon give Dr. a shower

8:00 called first time

8:30 called sec. time ..breakfast...sugar blood: 12.1

9:00 back to bed

12:00 3slices of melon before lunch....lunch:pancakes.. fish...another 3slices of melon

12:45 nap

15:00 woke up..came to kitchen..read newpaper..

15:30 Debby called...

later Debby come with Mark without notice..took Dr. t somewhere(I am sooo sorry..I don't know how to spell the place!!) ..'cause today is Dr's 51th anniversary of marriage...

at the same time Jack came too..unfortunately everything came all of sudden...couldn't follow the old plan. ..invited him for dinner...

20:40 back with Jack and Sean...went to bed...

I did actually count last night from 21:00 --1:00: he went to bathroom 4 times..kitchen once...ate cheeses...


Jack is going to give him a shower tomorrow afternoon around 15:00-16:00...
