8:45 breakfast ...blood sugar:5.7

9:30 back to bed..

12:00 lunch: fish ..salad... cfheese sandwich.. orange.. Debby and Jack called..

13:00 nap

14:10 got up..went to the Dr. appointment with Jack..

15:25 Dianne came..

16:00 Returned with Jack...fed Sawyer..

17:30 dinner: egg salad W crackers .. veggi salad W salsa...egg..veal..shepherd's pie ...4slices of melon...

before the dinner..told him the kitchen's lights went out..it's a little bit darker than usual...also put a lamp on the dinner table...

by the time he came to the kitchen ..seemed he forgot the lights went out.. still switch on and off the butten...'cause he thought the light wasn't turned on...so told him sec. time about the lights..

during the dinner...asked 3 times about what' wrong with the lights...

17:50 finished the dinner...then started opening every drawers in the kitchen...and checked all the drawers all over again and again..each drawers had been opened up and closed at least 3times... asked if need any help..said no...then asked what did him look for..didn't say anything.....still kept opening the drawers in the kitchen....later asked agian what did him look for...just said:file...assumed the file of sb's phone number that could call to fix the lights in the house...then told him Jack will give this person's number ..don't need to worried about it..but didn't listen..still kept looking around...and moved to the reading room...looked all over the place without his walker....didn't find it also..looked pretty tired and upset..then sit on his walker for about 15mins ...started the sec. round of searching...finally took the yellow page...called sb on the yellow page left a message...

18:40 watched game

20:00 night sleep

up at night several times..(didn't actually count how many times)

1:00 night snack: egg salad W crackers grapes cheeses
